Very Long Lunch

Because I didn’t have any meetings today and none of my customers were having accounting software crises, I was able to slip away and see Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix. I haven’t been as geeked about this movie as I was for the last one, probably because OotP is my least favorite book in the series so far (and I liked it no better upon re-reading it). Unlike for GoF, I didn’t buy my ticket days ago; I wasn’t even sure I’d see it today, but since I had the chance and because I’m helping out with moderating hp_knitting for a bit and didn’t want to be spoiled, I headed over to the theater by work and bought my ticket four minutes before showtime. I don’t want to spoil anyone else unless they choose to be spoiled, so my first impressions of the movie are over here.
