My goals for last week:
1. Stick to the 400 x 4 plan as much as possible.
I got rather off track on Saturday, though I did refrain from trying everything on the buffet at the party, which was a small victory of sorts. My scale this morning was bouncing between last week’s weight and a pound lower, so I’m going call that a half pound loss for the week.
2. Get into the gym twice for weights and outside twice for some aerobic exercise.
Done.
3. Get rid of one box of stuff.
Done. I got rid of two boxes of stuff, actually, but I admit they were rather small boxes.
4. Do a page a day at DP and a photo a day at Find A Grave.
Done, and I even made up for the previous week’s shortfall.
For the coming week:
1. Stick to the 400 x 4 plan as much as possible.
2. Weight work twice; aerobics twice.
3. Get rid of one box of stuff and one month of magazine back issues.
4. Do a page a day at DP, a photo or memorial a day at Find A Grave, and start post-processing an American Missionary.
