Goal Wednesday, 5.19
May 19, 2010
My goals for last week:
1. Stick to the 400 x 4 plan as much as possible.
I did pretty well here, especially considering I had to navigate a day at my company’s user conference during which there were four buffets—breakfast, morning break, lunch, afternoon break. I even ended up losing a pound and a half over the course of the week, which I’m happy with.
2. Weight work twice; aerobics twice.
Only managed one each, partly because the conference messed with my schedule and partly because I just chose to do other things, like sleep.
3. Get rid of one box of stuff and one month of magazine back issues.
Did the magazines, but not the box.
4. Do a page a day at DP, a photo or memorial a day at Find A Grave, and start post-processing an American Missionary.
I did the pages and the photos, and even made up for the previous week’s shortfall. It had been so long since I’d done any post-processing that I’d forgotten I already had an AmMiss issue in progress. Oops. At least I was able to find the checklist I had for it so I could pick up where I left off.
For the coming week:
1. Stick to the 400 x 4 plan as much as possible.
2. Weight work twice; aerobics twice.
3. Get rid of one box of stuff.
4. Do a page a day at DP, a photo or memorial a day at Find A Grave, and complete at least five steps on post-processing an American Missionary issue.
