1. Stick to the 400 x 4 plan as much as possible.
I slipped a bit here and gained a little weight back; I am hoping that most of that is just water retention, because I did have more sodium than usual. My big indulgence was a friend’s 50th birthday celebration, and I don’t regret that meal at all.
2. Weight work twice; aerobics twice.
Yes. Dare I hope I’m establishing good habits again?
3. Handle mail on the day it comes in.
Almost every day; one day I got a lot of packages and didn’t manage to unpack them all that same night.
4. Pick a box and empty it.
Fail. I did not even choose a box.
5. Do a page a day at DP and a photo or memorial a day at Find A Grave.
Yes, plus I handled requests for help from another user on both sites.
6. Get post processing software working on new computer.
No, but I did verify that it’s not working, which I only suspected when I put this on this list.
Goals for this week:

Hi, just joined at New Beginnings Wednesdays. I only have one thing, and I don’t always get it done. I’m impressed with your 6 goals. Keep with it, even if you don’t do it every week. Little bits add up and make a difference.
