So much for getting back into the swing of things by lowering the bar on my goals for last week. I did meet my exercise target, but fell short on everything else. Work has been crazy busy, but that doesn’t look like it’s going to change much any time soon, so I’m going to need to adapt somehow. Something tells me that dwelling on past failures is not the way to get started, so let’s move on.
Goals for this week:
1. Keep a food diary at least four days of seven.
2. Weight work twice; aerobics twice.
3. Weed through some container, any container—box, bag, cupboard, drawer.
4. Do a page a day at DP.
5. Do three post processing steps on an American Missionary issue.
This post is part of New Beginnings Wednesdays.

You’re right: dwelling on past failures doesn’t get you anywhere. Best to lay them down and walk away! Great job on the exercising – keep it up! Have a terrific week!

Good for you on recognizing your need to just pick up and move on, Karen! 😀
