Here’s how I did on last week’s mini-goals:
a. 4 x 400 plan at least 5 days.
Not quite done. Thursday got a little wonky; it was more like 800 + (2 x 400). The weekend, as usual, was a challenge, especially Saturday, when I ended up having only two meals, but I’m not going to beat myself up about it because I lost three pounds over the course of the week. My waist measurement is a whole inch less than its recent high, so I’m happy.
b. Decide on additional steps to try from first 20 in the Flex Diet book, even if the decision is none of them.
Done. I decided I’m going to finish the book before I decide which additional things to take on.
c. Gather photos for next album.
Done. Unfortunately in the process, I discovered a whole bunch of photos that belong in the previous three albums.
d. One hour basement sorting out time.
Done. That’s one more box emptied and out of there.
e. Five photos to Find a Grave.
Over done; posted six.
f. Five pages and five post processing steps for DP.
Not quite done. I completed the five pages, but only got three PP steps done.
Mini-goals for this week:
a. 4 x 400 plan at least 5 days.
b. Increase aerobic exercise 10%.
c. Decide which recently discovered photos need to be in albums and get those that do onto pages.
d. One hour basement sorting time.
e. Five photos to Find a Grave.
f. Five pages and five post processing steps for DP.
