This time, I have a great reason for why I haven’t posted here in so long: Mr. Karen and I were in Hawaii, where the two of us, both age 50, picked up our 50th state visited. (We didn’t do them all with each other, of course.) We spent most of our vacation on the Big Island with a bit of time on Oahu at the end of our trip. It’s going to take me a bit to sort through all the photos I took—upwards of 1700 in the 11 days we were gone—so a full trip report will have to wait, but let this sunset we saw on the North Shore of Oahu serve as a teaser of things to come:
