Quiet Christmas

The only Christmas decoration Mr. Karen and I put up this year is the fiber optic Christmas tree Joan gave me some years ago. It’s starting to show its age a little bit, with some branches not being as solidly attached as they once were and some of the stars dropping off the ends of branches, but it’s still my favorite piece of holiday decor and still shimmers prettily through its color sequence.
I hope those of you celebrating today had a happy holiday!
